Book your appointment through our patient portal or by calling our office. Choose a time that works for you.
Receive email/text confirmation with your appointment details and a secure link to join your video visit.
Click the link at your appointment time. No downloads needed—works in your web browser on any device.
Meet with your provider face-to-face via video. Prescriptions, referrals, and notes sent electronically.
Technical Requirements
Telehealth visits are designed to be simple. Here's what you need for a smooth experience.
Smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer with a camera and microphone.
Stable internet connection (WiFi or cellular data). We recommend at least 5 Mbps.
Working speakers or headphones and a camera. Most devices have these built-in.
A quiet, private location where you can speak freely during your appointment.
Our tech support team is available to help you get connected before your appointment.
We accept Med-QUEST, TRICARE, HMSA, and most commercial insurance. Sliding-scale fees available for uninsured families.
